Postage and Delivery

It goes without saying that you’ll want to get your bake on right away, so we strive to send out your order within 24-48 hours.  Please allow for a delivery time of three (3) working days, depending on your location.  Australia Post is our partner for the delivery of your package and their E-Parcel service allows you to track and trace your package nationwide.

We offer free postage on orders over $60.00 otherwise postage and shipping is calculated on the weight and dimensions of your order.

The utmost care and attention is given to ensure our product reaches you in perfect condition.  In the unfortunate case that your goodies do not reach you, or are not in the perfect state they were meant to be, please let us know and we’ll either reimburse you or send out a replacement product.


We make use of the PayPal technology, so online shopping with us is completely safe and secure, and we do not store your credit card information.

You are also welcome to pay via direct deposit to our nominated account, so feel free to contact us for that information.

Returns / Exchange Policy and Quality Guarantee

We are 100% sure about the quality of our products and are willing to put our money where our mouth is so, if you’re not 100% convinced, we’ll happily exchange or give you your money back.

If there is any problem with any product purchased from Bake with Faith, please let us know as soon as possible.

For an exchange or refund to be provided the following conditions must be met:

  • Bake with Faith must be contacted within seven (7) days from receipt of product(s).
  • The Tax Invoice relating to the purchase must be provided.

A refund or exchange will not be granted for change of mind, if the products have been ordered by you incorrectly nor if the products have been damaged after delivery or any attempt has been made to alter the product, including being dropped or broken.

Credit card refunds will be processed back via PayPal.  Other methods of payment will be refunded to your nominated bank account once details are provided by you.
